The kitchen is run by head chef, Adrian Jarrad and his team who strive to achieve the highest level of culinary excellence with their delicious fusion of Mediterranean and French flavors. Adrian has been at Burleigh Court since 2006 and has an excellent "pedigree" behind the stove having worked in a wealth of highly rated hotels and restaurants and been bought up in his parents own hotel in North Devon.
Almost all the fresh ingredients are sourced locally from the best suppliers, fruit and veg from Gloucestershire and the Vale of Eve sham. Rare breed pork and other meats from a local Cotswold farm and the stunning selection of the freshest seafood direct from Cornwall, rainbow trout can also be seen on the menu from time to time caught by our very own chef in his free time!Sample A la Carte Sample Sunday Lunch
